May 14, 2022 Attendees: Buzz Swett, Mike Lehman, Mark Schleeter, Larry Tschopp, Allen Byrne, Terry Shearer, Claude Benner, Bob Buxton Meeting was called to order at 1:12 pm. The slate of officers elected are Superintendent Mike Lehman Assistant Superintendent Alan Chesnut Chief Clerk/Pay Master Allen Byrne Mike re-appointed Buzz Swett and Mark Schleeter as Directors. Coordinators remain the same. Mike and Allen will create list of actual functions they perform as officers and present the lists at the 2023 business meeting. Officer reports =============== Superintendent reported on the Lincoln Square Train Show. He considered the show a success with some new members recruited. He needs a committee formed to dispose of materials donated to the division. Allen has volunteered to help. A suggestion made to use the Wednesday evenings to communicate with other members. Asst Superintendent reported on the Make-n-Take event at the show. 95 wooden kits and 45 plastic kits were built. There are no more plastic kits for next year and will to purchase similar type easy to build kits. The wood kits still have 75% remaining. He also mentioned the need to have lower standing layouts for smaller folks to see. Chief Clerk/Paymaster reported on the show financials; $1300 in table income, $1283.94 in payments for table rental and advertising. $300 payed to visiting layouts. $235 in donations for show expenses. New Business ============ There was a discussion about meeting dates and times for the coming year. Agreement was reached we sould continue the Zoom access and try to incorporate Zoom into the Op Sessions. Mike offered one of the Wednesday night zoom sessions for ITD use. To be continued.
